I know you were trying to add a bit of humour... (didn't work.)  BUT those funds are actually being used to greatly increse their professional staff. On their careers page,  they are looking for 16 professional posts,  including  TEN that are listed as " Developers, " " Engineers "  and Co-ordinators"  Looks they may be growing too fast

Politely, you do realize one needs revenus to hire and pay those high paying IT jobs. Just a thought. More dilution coming through yet another private placement probably at 15$ the eternal Loop of dilution and no organic growth. Good day
