site and read the quote fron the Sobeys V.P.

I unfortunately do believe that the Sobey's deal is dead and buried. Those aren't unique phrases for Fobi, there are a lot of businesses using that and sadly Scen+ is one of them so it seems that they've decided to partner up with an already well established collaborator for mutual cross promotion benefits. I believe there is an equal argument that it's not dead. See my post below and what was in the Empire press release about coupling Scene + with existing investments in technology and data gathering. Further to that is was just over a year ago that the 5 store pilot was agreed to...if I'm not mistaken this pilot included a significant scope change and was likely slowed by a number of

As far as I'm concerned, it's a done deal. They were waiting for Fobi's full tech stack to be completed, integrated & tested.

I agree, one of the last times we heard Rob speak on this he said Sobeys was happy with Fobi but wanted more. Look at the capabilities Fobi has since added. We have a complete stack of technology that maybe came from what Sobeys was asking (also can be used in multiple other ventures). This company doesn't solely rely on Sobeys for it's future they are too diverse now.But it would be nice
