About to explode higher, great buy at these levels

Going to be the biggest year in Fobis History. Stan is buying more and so should you. The more they hate on Fobi the more is makes sense to buy more. They are all short, trying to buy here and worried we will shoot much higher before they can get positioned. Let's help them out by getting some more before them.
