Of coarse he is ecstatic. I'm more curious why there was a finders fee for a already in place strategic investor? Like the same place all that consulting money went.

Or maybe they will be good and were trying to issue a few more shares at a lower price to themselves before the revs come out.  Good news is that the raise is a lot smaller than the one a year and a half ago.  Maybe there is something to Minivan's prediction, and this is all Rob needed to get to his cash flow positive goal.

Exactly. The fins that everyone's been waiting for (i.e. cash flow positive) would negate the need for these types of raises. Sorry Stan, but I call b.s. on the "strategy" behind this raise. Rob is lying through his teeth. Needs more money for hookers in Vegas. Sell now and thank me later because no one's buying what these guys are selling.

This ends any hope of recuperation of losses incurred by brainwashed shareholders and ex-shareholders, including myself. who were investors in this stock when it was trading in the 1.50 to 2.00 dollar range. gl

The reaction to this insider buying shows me either there is a lagre amount of srock investing ignorance(not meant to offend anyone) or some are just using the time for a useless opinion.
