Let me help your understanding  They are great business partners for loans so what higher then bank rates but they also take on more risk and willing to finance where a bank may not. BDC  Business Developement Canada who are surrounded by professional accountants.  Cheers PB

FOBI is not looking for financing via a bank or any other source.

They are in the middle of a Life private placement.  That is funding but it only costs existing shareholders with more dilution    PB. BDO not BDC

Yes funding, not financing and limited dilution in the hands of shareholders without adding any debt.
