Sorry PB, should use better terminology.  3rd tranche was "shut down" due short selling activity putting pressure on the sp.  There will be no 3rd round.

Actually I used Sedar+  which  public companies are suppose to use for their filings. This was the last filing I could find September 28-23. Also couldn't find anything on MVs who's suppose to be buying  evertime he post here?  Surely there needs to be a filing of someone who has accumulated this many shares. Interesting this 3rd and final was suspended based on

Was hoping to take the afternoon off. But, people need to hear bullish sides of the story as well. Business model is being executed.  Do you not see the partners and deals?  Do you not see the revenue forecast? They have been growing yoy.    The Oscar awards, Nasdaq, Labatt, IheartRadio, Janam Technologies, etc are all great examples of the business model executing.
