Good Question. We've been led to believe this  wouldn't be nessary.  However buying another  company could force the hand. It won't happen soon at this current SP. And for this reason  I am still hung up on a  RS of 20/ 1 or maybe even more. Dilution at  5 cents or even 10 cents isn't in anybody interest.  So I rule it out in the short

Not really..  I invested in FOBi for the same reasons you did.. What we were led to believe  and the technology.  Now I'm invested only for the technology  and if this  company every delivered that's a bonus.. The technology  and patents  are the value here !!!
