Consider This

If you want to consider some options, here are a few:

If you don’t believe there are many or any opportunities for the suite of services in the FOBI Ecosystem, then sell your shares and get out.  What are you doing with shares and posting here in the first place? Do your Due Diligence and invest in something you believe in.  You’re not doing yourself any good or providing any benefit to any readers here.

If you are hoping to score some quick bucks because you need the money in the next 6 to 24 months, then what are you doing in the stock market?  You’d be better off selling all your stocks, not just FOBI and buying government debt. The upside of government debt over the next 6 to 24 months is that your money is reasonably safe.  The downside is that between taxes and the current inflation you may at best break even or maybe lose money after considering taxes and current inflation. How you benefit (or not) from investment in government debt is likely different for individual investors. (See the current government Bond Rates from Canada and 5 Year Rates for the USA and other countries at the end of this post.)

Further to short term investing, investing in stocks on a short-term basis and expecting relying on a positive return in that short period of time is fool hardy.  There are too many external influences that indirectly and directly affect every stock listed.  If you haven’t figured it out, investing is a journey, not a race.

On a side note, if you’re scratching your head as to why many stocks are staying down, one of the major influences are the interest rates.  People who make emotional rather than analytical investing decisions have been running with their money to government bonds.  For the emotional investor, this is a short-term, safe-haven for their money.  This reduces the amount of capital available for companies to borrow for growth or for investor capital to drive up the value of shares. The result can be stagnation and/or falling share prices.  In general, the stock market will likely continue in the doldrums until there is a reverse in interest rates to a more historical and reasonable level, like 2%.  Of course, geo-political events like Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the Middle East escalations, the threats of China over Taiwan, the economic turmoil in China over Real-Estate investments, the threats of North Korea (to anyone who will listen), etc., will also influence stock investments.  Of course, this short-term, safe-haven is also short sighted as the emotional investors keep forgetting about taxes and inflation.  Again, it’s a journey, not a race.

The current FOBI fund raise of 28 million shares at $.07/share is necessary.  The monies raised will help fund global expansion of revenue.  FOBI has continued to focus on enterprise opportunities, both public and government related.  Renewals of existing contracts like the European Insurance contracts, the Vericast contract, along with high profile events like the Oscars (I believe FOBI/Passcreator are doing the Oscars again in March; I’m still look for the 2024 PassCreator/Oscars login page, anyone out there, help please find it), along with new contract and verticals, like Digital Credentials for Ice Hockey, 3-Yr Agmt for one of Europe’s largest membership groups (I believe that this is automotive related, like the CAA in Canada or AAA in the USA), Digital Credential platform for the law profession in South Africa, Smart Transportation Initiative for Transportation in Velez-Malaga, Spain, Digital Insurance Credentials for Promutuel Insurance in Quebec, Canada, the Reseller Agmt with bBIG Communciations that represents Tier 1 CPG’s like Kraft Heinz, Mondelez, Red-Bull (bBIG also has a contract with the US military for 1.4 million active and 16.5 military families world-wide, providing them with access to digital coupons, and agreements with likes of Wunderman Thompson who provide major connectivity between European and Global CPG’s and customers through their Apple/Android Wallet-Passes.

I am personally a long-term investor, having invested in Loop Insights in early March 2020, when it was announced that AWS (Amazon Web Services) had invested $100,000 in Loop Insights.  I will admit that I took some profits as Loop Matrix went up quickly to the $3+ range, but I also have purchased Loop Insights/FOBI Ai shares on the way down.

The following is a personal observation, not financial advice.  Do your own Due Diligence and/or seek the advice/guidance of a long-term, investment Fiduciary professional. I personally think that if your investment horizon is short-term and not long term, you shouldn’t be investing in the stock market.  Your investment ideas should be governed by your personal circumstances, long-term planning, Due Diligence by yourselves and your professional investment Fiduciary planner.

The current FOBI share price (today, on the Open Market) is between $.07 and $.075 for one share.  It offers an interesting Risk/Reward. One example: If you were to buy 100,000 FOBI shares today, it would cost you between $7000.00 and $7,500.00+ commission.  The worst that could happen is that you lose the entire $7000-$7500+commission cost.  On the other hand, if FOBI’s share price goes up $.01 per share, your potential gain is $1000 on your initial investment.  If you were to buy 10,000 FOBI shares today, it would cost you between $700.00 and $750.00+commission cost.  The worst that could happen is that you lose the entire $700-$750+commission cost.  On the other hand, if FOBI’s share price goes up $.01 per share, your potential gain is $100.00 on your initial investment.
If you were to buy the same number of shares today via the FOBI LIFE offer, your costs for 100,000 shares would be $7000.00; if you were to buy 10,000 shares through the FOBI LIFE offer your cost would be $700.00.

The current LIFE share offering by FOBI is 28 million shares at $.07 per share and includes a full warrant, rather than a ½ warrant which is more typical.  If you use the example above and participate in the LIFE (Listed Issuer Financing Exemption) you would receive 1 full share plus 1 full warrant that is exercisable at $.14 for the next 36 months.

If you are strongly considering opening a position in FOBI shares, or increasing your position in FOBI shares, then it may make sense to open your position or increase your position via the FOBI LIFE offer, rather than purchasing FOBI shares on the open market.  There are 2 benefits to this argument:
  1. Through the FOBI LIFE offer, you receive 1 full share plus 1 full warrant; buying on the open market for the next 2 weeks only provides you with 1 full share (no warrant).  In both cases, shares purchased through the FOBI LIFE offer or on the open market are immediately available to be sold, there is no Hold Period.  It is interesting that anyone that is currently buying FOBI shares on the open market (for $.07 per share or higher) is currently paying a premium to buy those shares when compared to buying the same number of shares (for the next 2 weeks) directly from FOBI as you can buy 1 share plus 1 warrant for $.07 directly from FOBI, versus buying 1 share (with no warrant) through the market.
  2. The 2nd benefit is directly to FOBI and indirectly to the shareholder.  By purchasing new shares through FOBI’s LIFE offer, the money goes directly into the FOBI coffers to be used to grow the company and put the company in a stronger financial position, which looks favourable to the marketplace and looks favourable to those potential, enterprise clients that are considering signing an agreement with FOBI for the FOBI Ecosystem. If you buy on the open market, this direct benefit to FOBI and potentially indirect benefit to shareholders does not exist.

I am not a professional, financial planner.  I do not represent myself as one. I read and, in some cases, pass on information that I’ve read to others so that this information can be added to their own information and may or may not assist individuals in weighing the risks/rewards of their financial decisions. I am not in anyway affiliated with FOBI Ai other, than the fact that I have been an investor in FOBI Ai (formerly Loop Insights) since March of 2020)

If you are considering purchasing shares to FOBI Ai through the LIFE offer by FOBI Ai, you should read the FOBI Unit Subscription Agreement as part of your Due Diligence.

Cheers and stay informed, jdfm22

Just a really really really frustrated Fobi investor....nothing more

Really believe if Rob and some insiders haven't set this up for themselves and are prepared to buy out this pp...it will be  all over for this company. Retail investors with $3000 dollars won't see enough upside to buy all the pp just like last time

maybe this was one of the tricks Rob had talked about having up his sleeve
