Maybe whoever buys the 19.99% of shares will have a background in finance or can exert enough pressure on management to inprove/change/eliminate the companies financial mishaps.

Rob owns 15,51% currently, after offering, approx. 13%. New investor will own 19.99%.....there's a new sheriff in town.
