Fobi has no money and as I and others have posted have been unable to pay staff.
I truly hope this application to go forward with the PP is rejected and Fobi is ordered to be wound up. Rob deserves it for swindling so many investors, many of whom are ordinary folk who bought into his BS.

I would not be too hard on Robbie. I could easily name 25 stocks that were mentioned on BNN (mostly)  as top picks and best bets that failed totally, There was one (forgot the name)  , but they were in business of  mineral / health / vitamins for a better diet. (using sea weed grown in a lab ) Guest said TOP PICK  @ $.4.30 . few months later same guy said TOP PICK @ $3.70 when ...more

They literally can't if they don't get approval for this majority purchase. They have no operating capital, they owe back wages to staff, taxes etc.
