Odd trading patterns

Up 1/2, 1 cent. 1000 shares on the bid,  then down 1/2, 1 cent  5000, 10000 shares on the sell. What is going on here?  It looks like manipulated trading to me.  Can someone explain?

Bizarre trading for sure, could be algos? But we will see year end results in less than 2 weeks, then Q1 2024 shortly after that.

It's been happening for a while and was wondering if I was the only one that noticed.  I was actually thinking that someone was making small purchases  daily, to not trigger a huge price increase with a big purchase.  I feel like someone knows something and is quietly loading up on shares knowing a big increase is about to happen.
