So they are going to spin out Gino Chittaronis collection of worthless mineral exploration claims, into it's own entity?  Kinda like dumb and dumber, this company has gone from little value, to being worth less...and trending lower.  Someone (F. Basa) is pulling the wool over everyones eyes, and creating nonsense plays; all cause he can write a 43 101, or have someone write it for him.  This is a joke.  Look at all the companies that have entered the Cobalt area landscape, and then left it.  Al ost ALL of them.  And then of course there is ELBM, who has blown a fortune chasing the tail of a magical cobalt sulfate Jin.  Rub the lamp i diots...

Sorry, hard to keep track of this travelling circus.  Gino's Conigas deal is on another page, lmao.  Out of CCW's news feed.  This deal is for the Glencore owned properties.
