@Karen308 - Figure it out Karen. The VP of Exploration would want to be compensated by FUU in cash if he saw that the drilling results were crummy. Hartmann knows how the drilling results are shaping up and he'd tell FUU that he's quitting if the drilling results are poor and that FUU was going to pay him with shares.
