Thought today's news would have been a boost. No excitement whatsoever.

I guess because many are wondering about the next moves and their impacts on the potential for FUU shareholders' payoff to be diluted. FUU cashed up to 25M  and raises 15M more, FCU cashed up to 40M and raises 9M more. DML gets a 6% interest in FUU. It appears Dev is making a move - but he has a broader perspective and wider interests than FUU shareholders do. Timing is the question for ...more

A company with an "unproven" asset taking on debt seldom works out well for existing shareholders.  It's "win win" for DML but Dev is rolling the dice with shareholder money.  China got the better of FCU and DML may have just "one upped" FUU.  Some have referred to these as "mis steps".  JMO
