Tea Leaves

After all of DML's and FUU's regulatory filings are registered, don't be surprised if DML makes a take-over offer to FUU shareholders.

Guess is that DML will make an all share offer to FUU shareholders similar to the one that DML made to FCU shareholders for PLS back in the day.  Roughly a 20% premium to DML's 30 day VWAP

Unlike the FCU/DML failed merger, DML will have some voting power from its strategic investment in FUU to get a take-over past the finish line this time.

Dev?  Into retirement.  Ray and Sam?  Over to SUU.

JMHO of the current tea leaves.

Yes. I believe there has to be more to all of this money they have raised with no news. Especially the one with Denison. Makes no sense to pay interest on money you do not need at this point. Hopefully we all do not get screwed here

Look at the share prices and market caps of of FCU, DML, FUU 1 month ago or even two days ago. Watch what happens in the next 3 or 4 weeks. My spidey senses tell me that, not only will we get screwed out of the value of the lbs that FUU "can't" find, we will get screwed on the change in share prices/market caps upon which the "takeover/merger" will be based. My favorite ...more

As I said before the shareholders will get screwed. They are setting us up for the screwing now. Just like they did with UEX and UEC.

"I know the shareholders are disappointed in the results. Sam and Ray, you know their good guys. They did the best in a short period. They did expand the JR zone. This deposit  was the third that this team has found. Most people don't find one ... or two. but to find three .... oh never mind. You're probably sick of hearing me say this. We'd really like to drill this out and ...more

Sounds like FCU all over again.  I remember Dev saying everyone was interested in FCU then one day saying no one wants us.  Break out the lube!

also, if there is a merger or buyout coming don't forget Dev's generosity with YOUR money.  He actually tried to pull this off with the failed DML/FCU merger.  You can't make this stuff up, LMAO!   "I also said there was no deal if there wasn’t a bonus for the staff.” The staffers will share $1 million in bonus money, about $40,000 each. https://www ...more

@ Laphroig - So sorry to hear that you've been shafted.  Shafted from the right.  Shafted from the left.  And shafted down the middle.  Better luck next time I guess.

Greenday. I've viewed all of the news releases since November, watched videos of Sam and Dev, reviewed all of my 19 posts, and thought about you and your many posts, reconsidered everything really and I think I've distilled the situation down to this: I would've, if I could've  Maybe, you don't have to post anymore. Enjoy these days, Dev.

@ Laphroig - I cann't explain how somebody with your mental acuity has been so bamboozled by reading news releases and watching videos of Sam and Dev.  Unfortunately, there's nothing that I can do about it.  I sympathize that you're a victim but there's nobody that I know that can take away your keyboard.

Don't you agree that Dev would have finished the job, he he could have?

@ Laphroig - Do I agree that Dev would finish the job if he could?  To answer your question.  Absolutely he would. Can he, is the more relevant question imho. Again, everybody hopes that he's alright but the Dev that you've evidently seen in his latest podcast is not the same Dev that you've seen in video podcasts from a year or two ago. So did health playing a part in Dev ...more

Greenday; You ask me questions that are beyond my level of financial expertise. The imminency of time is something we all share. Its only true antidote is truth.

I understand its a foreign concept on these Boards, but arriving at a destination different than where you originated is  possible - perhaps that's what mental acuity means.  All the best Greenday

In fact, the table has pretty well been set. Pick a few dates in the past 2 months while the big guys were preparing for the impending transactions. Jul 31 FCU from .63 to .88 DML from 1.72 to 2.22 FUU from .41 to .40 Interesting no?
