Q. So what does it all mean ?

Firestone settles debt with Dr.Keith Barron, Dr. Keith Barron now owns 31% of Firestone.
Firestone institutes employee stock option program.
Firestone institutes restricted stock program
Firestone adds two new directors increasing the size of the board.

A. It means that Firestone is in the late stages of re-activation. The next step is a financing, a new direction/ game plan. Or a new direction / game plan and a financing.
