TIC spent years and millions to get to a point where they can talk w majors
this was way way grassroots

Not overly to impressed with the NR as well. You go over to Imperials website, and it sounds pretty positive. The NR says there looking to get more info from Imperial, so its not done yet, but it certainly not the NR I was hoping for.Sammy.
