Galena Recent release

To me, the whole release seems inconclusive...I wouldn't jump ship yet!

Start with the title: Galena Capital Corp. Continues Due Diligence on Oil Sands Technology

For one, the title includes: "continues due diligence" , doesn't that mean it's done!
To me, they just seem to be delayed on some answers from paragraph 1

Second, the whole 3rd paragraph where stated:
Imperial's management has advised that the inconsistencies that occurredduring testing were a result of variables in sand size and adherents, which they do not believe will occur in a production unit, where thefeedstock sand will be uniform in nature and the production unit tunedto the correct specifications.

Hense the part where stated "which they do not believe will occur in a production unit"
- right now is just testing!

And lastly is the 4th paragraph:
At this time, Galena has not ruled out proceeding with the announcedjoint venture but will monitor and update the market on the progress anddevelopment.

- they even stated "at this time, Galena has not ruled out proceeding"

If you read between the lines, to me there are enough signals that this isn't over yet!

IMHO

When I was talking about the title, I meant to say doesn't that mean it's not done!

I dont think this is over either, certainly doesn't say its over in there NR, I would be thinking differently if Imperial wasn't so pumped on it, and with there latest NR, makes you wonder why they would go ahead with the deal with MEDChem if they were not positive. Just wish Galena would get there stuff together already and let us know one way or the other.  Does anyone know if there ...more

or did FYI issue this NR in order to put a damper on the tech that IMPERIAL has, thus allowing IMPERIAL to conclude thier buyout of the technology without the other side getting greedy adn changing the terms ?and maybe then we"ll see a NR saying deal on ? just a thought

I would certainly go along with that theory! Imperial is aggresively promoting this oil sand technology, something has got to be up. Come on FYI, let us know whats going down already. We should be getting some news from there Matagorda bay project as well soon. Hopefull they come out with 2 good nr's soon.Always DYODD1Sammy.
