Insider disconnect: FYI vs. ARK

Galena insiders have been making small acquisitions on the public market on a regular basis in the past month.
However, insiders at Archer Petroleum haven't followed even though they have just as much to gain out of the Matagorda Bay project.
Any thoughts?

My only thoughts on this company are that management needs to decide what they're good at....if anything.First a gold explorer, then oil, now rare earth... This stock is worth about 2-cents pre consolidation.
