Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of Galena Capital Corp. on May 31, 2012, the company has changed its name to Ferro Iron Ore Corp. and has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-four-old basis.
Effective at the opening, Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012, the common shares of Ferro Iron Ore Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Galena Capital Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mineral exploration/development company.
