If you look at Stockwatch, you will see that a relatively large fractions of the total volume is traded on exchanges other than the TSX. Not sure what it all means. They said it would cost 12 million to put the mine back into operation, which is a small sum compared to the capex for most PM companies going into production. So, maybe they have a financing to be announced that ...more
