Re entry of Istanbul 1 obviously tested wet again, just like the original test 2 years ago. Pipeline and facilities obviously problematic as well. Delayed in transit, yeah, right. Pacific Rubiales largest corporate bankruptcy in South America. This one will just be a small failure for the Pacific crew. Dont get conned by these guys, get out while you can still perhaps make some kind of profit.
