Low and behold,he couldn't give us any good news from Colombia so he pulled a Rabid out of the hat because OIL is the hottest commodity on the planet.What is going on,have they moved the Rig yet to a location so they can start drilling?

Ng is just announcing that there is a prospective of oil in place, anything else. Dont be that agressive.
