The Facts....

I believe that R.D is personally bankrupt. He can't find a JV and has his finger up his arse doing a rotation.....

We need.....

a. A NEW CEO.......

b. Influx of $$$$ from J.V. or other

c. More drilling.......

d. No Bull$hit

Jim Franklin was my catalyst to buy in the first place. Now he is gone....eom.

The error wasn't in the pricing, it was in the news release. The term sheet for the issue has been available since some time in July. It also discusses finder's fees, as I recall. (I'm travelling today, and I don't have it in front of me.) The finder's fees are in line with others I've seen in the junior exploration realm. A broker would charge something in that ballpark ...more

HoovLar - the warm fuzzy pumping is nice, but my point is that it does not matter what a piece of paper says, it matters what was announced and what the exchange has given approval for.  If it takes a month to realize your error this seems like incompetence.
