closing PP and REGCOURT-drilling in octobre...awes

you can say a lot about gax or pmm, but with this share-structure and those current goldprices, and the knowledge that the priv placement will close this week, and that drilling of the regcourt-project wil start at the begin of octobre...

we are talking here about the regcourt-project...FINALLY ! !!

Grasping at straws. R.D. only started to pump gold when the PMM zinc and copper ship sank and GAX emerged out of the 10 for 1 split. It was the last straw on all the gold hype to try and save the company. As mentioned nothing has changed except there is no $$$$ to find enough drillers and drills. If a person cannot run his/her own personal finances then how can one run a companyIn the mining ...more

How much drilling will take place with a $175,000 infusion of flow-through?  Many years ago I used a rough estimate of about $150 / meter.  That amount would allow for about 1,100 m which is a very small program.  Usually the drilling cos. are not too eager to mobilize a rig to complete such a small program.  If they do, you soak up alot of cost just getting in and out.Looking ...more

Why do you limit your speculation to $175k? That is the amount of flow-through raised, but they're $200k over on the hard cash, more or less. They can spend hard cash in Canada, too.I asked you earlier today why you haven't called Robin. All you do is speculate, without testing your own assumptions. If your assumptions are wrong, then your conclusions must be wrong. Lar

Hoovlar:You talk with Mr. Robin all you want, I will focus on factual information available to me that has been publicly disclosed by the  company that Robin leads.  I would have expected the information gleaned would be similar if not the same.  If you have some special secrets learned from talking to Robin you could always tip us about them here. The issue I see with hard cash, as ...more

Robin is planning to meet with investors on Friday Sept. 24, in Toronto, just before the Cambridge show. He'll have a booth there, the following two days. And then there's the AGM Sept. 30, in Ottawa. DD is not limited to SEDAR filings, IMHO. See you at one of these?Lar

Will he have another interview with his "Buddy" Stanley. One of the key mistakes CEO's make when talking about the company is the use of the word "WE". This represents problems. Just count how many times the word "WE" was used when referring to the company.....eom.

From the NR of 13 sept 2010: "The exploration campaign, which will consists of 9 holes and total 2,350 metres, is designed to explore and validate historic drill-intersections, as well as the projected downward extensions of veins and other structures, especially along their interpreted, linear intersection zones"

Historical data from the regcourt-project! :Subsequent work and drilling indicated an historical tonnage of 61,000 tonnes grading 5.49 g/t gold (1983, non NI 43-101 compliant). THAT ARE HIGH GRADES ! ! Maybe and i say maybe in a couple of weeks, all the ones who hates Robin D at the moment are going to love him!!

Ya, I saw that but one must realize that the forward looking plan for the "designed" 9 hole plan is still largely unfunded.  A 2,350m program would have to cost $350K to $400K.  Still having great trouble seeing where those funds come from without another financing first.  It just took 3.5 months from announcement to close on this financing.Apparently, the technical report ...more

The PR is very clear about the drilling campaign of 9 holes and 2.350m...!!! and of discussion by me!And it took no 3.5 months for closing this financing like you said...they announced the financing at 21 july 2010...that's less than 2 months, which is very normal!
