Get in on the Private Placement
Someone from this board once pointed out that if you want some of the pp then phone the company. I'm sure they would be happy to increase the size of it if they have already got 3 million sold.
If you already have shares, dump them at .15 and buy the pp. The downside for me is that you are locked in for 120 days after the pp closes. By then the play might be over. With a short account you should be able to sell within the hold period and cover when your pp shares become free trading.

In order to participate in a PP you must have a net worth over 1 million and an income over 200k/year.That does exclude some people.The short angle is a very smart play if you can find someone to lend you the stock!It may be worth a call to the company to see if the pp is full!

I would like to see Robin in on the PP for 1 million shares. This would give the market some confidence going forward. Money where his mouth is ,so to speak. flooring
