Dont know for sure why its up now. What I do know for certain is that since september this stock has been poped 4 times from .14. .18 .18 .21.17  they were all one day movements and back down the same day. This is history and DD could have found that. Today peaked at .185 and now has dropped to .16. Do I see a pattern here on this 5th movement. Yes. Will it drop back down to .14. I dont ...more

Why this movement ?I think it's because of the interview on smartstox. ( Good one bu the way )Today was the most beautiful move of the 4 big move, but market in general did not help.We have pressure to close the small gap, and if in the first 60 minutes tuesday it's not happening,I think we can try to challenge 18 cents or 18.5 cents again. The move today was slow and steady before 3/4 of ...more

In contrast to yesterday, very quiet so far today after 40 minutes of trading only 20,000 shares.Yesterday 1,075,000 on TSX-V and lots on Alpha (I can't find out how many.)There was a private placement last November but I don't know when the 4 month trading freeze expired. However, yesterday's flurry of activity was similar to at least one previous spike up which gave pp ...more

Hey StoogeAll you have to do is check the News release and you see that the Nov pp closed on the 30th of Novenber meaning that those shares don't trade untill the end  of march.Yesterday's volume had nothing to do with PP shares trading or the company "creating a flurry of activity to give pp participants an opportunity to blow off their cheap shares"!simply said .....your ...more

There were a few news releases concerning the November pp and none seemed to point to 120 days landing as early as yesterday. So can anyone can confirm the 120 day rule starts from the VSE acceptance notice? My observations are that is not the case .... but I have not found the rules. This information is good for us to know.

Whenever I get my shares issued from a pp the date is 120 days after the issue date if the deal and that is a couple of days after the closing.I'm looking at my shares from the last pp where I sent my money in on the 24th of January and the placement closed on the 1st of February.  The shares were issued on the 3rd of February and the date that they trade on the market is ...more

The TSX policy says the hold is until the day after four months from the distribution date to the placee. So I assume the placee expects, and the TSX intends, no more that 120 days from the day the shares were distributed to him. Pay your money, clear the check and distribute the shares. The difficulty for speculators like me is knowing when the distribution date or dates was. It is not the ...more

The date is always after the close of the PP. No shares are issued before the offer closes so the very earliest would be one day after the official close of the pp.Have you never tqken part in a PP?Your making it a lot more complicated than it is?Also.....regardless, these shares don't trade right now and won't for several weeks. The spike in volume yesterday had nothing to do with PP ...more
