GalahadMetals Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GAX) ("the Company") announced today that itis pleased to appoint Mr. Michael J. Zamora as a new president. Mr.Zamora will be joining the management team which consists of Mr. RobinDow, Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Sabino Di Paola, Chief FinancialOfficer.
The Company announced today that the Board of Directorsof the Galahad Metals Inc. in conjunction with appointing Mr. Zamora aspresident have approved the grant of 400,000 stock options in theCompany, at an exercise price of
.10 per option, expiring on August31, 2016, to Mr. Zamora.
Michael Zamora's background includes aBSc Earth Science Major 1985; over 11 years experience as an InvestmentAdvisor; Quality Manager achieving ISO9000 registration regarding threetalc mining and processing facilities; Account Manager for an industrialwater treatment company; Laboratory and Plant Supervisor regarding aproprietary PGM (platinum group metal) recovery process from automotivecatalytic converter scrap; and Marketing and Sales Representative for aseismic dataprocessing facility in Calgary.
