I have been told that they can buy on the market if they wish but paperwork would have to be filed in order to do so.Up until now they havent done any buying in the market.Who knows what may happen as a result of this minor shortfall.

With the drop in Debs price on friday by $3.00,time will tel if they can buy uder $80I have a Geo freind in Toronto that says it is a done deal! He dosen't work for GBK but the Geo world is small.
