GBK's equity ownership of 25 % of JIEN CANADA .
My thinking is that GBK's 25 % ownership of JIEN CANADA = CZZ's $6 + Billions dollars PGM Metals deposit, mine in process remains the same 25 % so GBK's valuation has not materially changed. What JILIN JIEN's Chinese directors are trying to do is to assume full management decision making control of JIEN CANADA to spped up the building of the CZZ mine by purporting to issue VOTING shares to gain 95 % decision making control of JIEN CANADA only. CHINESE likes to move FAST + DECISIVE but GBK directors may be a bit too slow hence the clash of stylesbut GBK still owns 100 % of GBK originally with JILIN JIEN giving GBK up to $45 millions cash to earn in a 50 % equity ownership of GBK Raglan + taking it into building a mine + production so GBK's valuation + assets have NOT changed at all. It appears that there is a disagreement between the directors of JIEN CANADA + GBK as to how fast to proceed to build the acquired CANADIAN ROYALTIES metals mine deposits so JJ directors pulled off a BIG POWER PLAY for absolute management control of JIEN CANADA only. Everyone should call GBK + RENMARK Communications + state their strong objections but I think that GBK will issue a more substantive News Release UPDATE on the dispute in the near future. It;s in the long term interest of JJ overseas senior BOSSES to resolve this stalemate amicably + reasonably but GBK is still worth $3 + a sh. I am still holding + await the UPDATE coming soon.

It is all about the profit! GBK will go from 25% of earnings to 5% of earnings if this were to go through. I smell lawyers in the midst of things. Only a lawyer could dream up something as stupid as this.

I disagree, I don't think the voting rights % and ownership % are the same. GBK would still own 25% of the Nunavik Mine, regardless of it's voting %. A previous post mentioned it could be to do with the chinese wanting to streamline the decision making.... I think this is what's going on

If that was the case dont you think it would have been better to state that is what you were up to instead of the way it was done with the resultant tanking of the SP?
