Joint ventures vs dilution

Goldbrook:s "agreement" with JJ contains the same  general guidelines as one previously sign with Anglo American except for the total funding for the first 3 years, 45 millions vs 20 millions. Back then Anglo funded the first 2 years and then bailed out the third year and retained 0% in Goldbrook. The management did a good job since coming in to Raglan to increase it's holding in the area by m&a and progress with deals mentioned above, without those deals we would have a CO with 600 000 000 share outstanding and counting.

One is fully permitted and on construction stage and the other one is in exploration stage and years away from anything else. Take your pick.
