As far as I know nothing been done officially. "purports to approve share issuances'' means intend. There probably testing how far they can go. Wait and see there will be a pr stating that they aren't going through with it. Where is the sell off among insiders?

My mistake, Goldbrook as 30 days as per september 28 to come up with 30 586 775$ to keep their 25% interest in Jien Canada. In Goldbrook's statement they did not mention that they could keep their 25% stake by funding their share. They should raise the cash and keep the court presiding on. If they can't get the funds they should sell off their participation in Jien Canada to the highest
