crystal clear

First of all,,,, I have to say that GBK shareholders are about the same wimpies as CZZ shareholders.

I read the deal with JJ and GBK

JJ will lose.

Here is why. This is from the agreement:

" JJ shall be responsible for funding all operating costs that cannot be funded out of gross revenue."

" Any cash availabe for distribution recieved by JJ shall be applied to reduce oustanding amount of the JJ contribution by the corresponding amount of such cash available for distribution recieved by JJ. Cash available for distribution shall be distributed as follows:

( 1 ) firstly, to make the required payments of the sum of the financing expenses"

The agreement said nothing about gbk having to fund anything up front. And it says nothing about squeezing out gbk voting shares. NIce try JJ

JJ is trying to pull a fast one here. The agreement is very clear to me.

GBK will fly.

This mine could produce about 300 million a year in profit. GBK gets 25% of this. 2-3 bucks per share.

I dont blame JJ for trying. Thats a lot of cash to fork over.

Thank you.

Glenerickson, can you tell us where you get this informations from, is from Goldbrook managements or is it from cedar filing?thanks

The agreement between jj and goldbrook can be found on sedar. I have read the document several times. You can see by the movement of GBK that others are reading the document as well. I often wondered why stocks do what they do.I have figured it out.The market is full of wimps and cowards.

Thanks for your comments Glenerickson,   I continue to hold my position and await the good news.  i recently added at .21 and see this strengthening up nicely soon. What will happen to JJ now that the present agreement with Goldbrook with their own properties is finished???The 3 years and 45 million worth of drilling has come to an end.

JJ has already invested a significant amount with goldbrook. CZZ was a an opportunity of a lifetime that was spear headed by GBK. The Chinese needed help with the deal and GBK assisted them in making it happen. This property is world class and will make a ton of money for years to come.JJ knows that they dont want GBK in the picture and they are trying all they can before the inevitable happens.It ...more

Would it not be sweet if the arbitration awarded gbk more than what they had because the greedy Chinese backstabbers tried to cheat the Canadians.  This situation would only happen to a nation like Canada. Most other foreign countries would just take over the property and kick the backstabbers out of the country.   Only Canada would let a foreign owned company walk all over the Canadian ...more

Suprised Industry Canada hasnt stepped in, after all, they reviewed or granted the arrangement.
Comment by RoyallyScrewed on Jan 19, 2011 5:29pm
heh, heh. Industry Canada doesn't care the slightest about penny stock shareholders. They only care about job creation. Jilin Jien is providing hundreds of jobs, regardless of the outcome of this dispute. They were welcomed to Canada with pomp and ceremony. All you can hope for here is that Goldbrook has a legal leg to stand on.
Comment by elitespooner on Jan 19, 2011 8:25pm
Well that may be case, legally, if us shareholders are getting diluted then I suspect Industry Canada has to provide some answers here.Referring to this "certificate of arrangment" discussed last year.Jan 12, 2010VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/13/10 -- GoldbrookVentures Inc. ("Goldbrook") (TSX VENTURE: GBK) announced today that Industry Canada has issued a ...more

Iv'e been adding to this position for a couple weeks now, am I still way too early for the court ruling or is it in the next month or 2. Best case we go to 50 cents and worse case we go to 15 cents, does this sound about right. Is it possible GBK gets bought out if they win the ruling? Not much chatter on this board, is that because we're going to be locked up in court for months and ...more

This has never been a talkative site....mostly always dead. Your conclusions are bang on. Bottom line is that the arbitrator has to come up with an opinion sooner rather than later....Jilin Jien is like a bull in a china shop....shoot first ask questions later.....I think GBK will prevail.....50 cents is laughable....I see minimum $2 per share...easy. Hang in there.
