pdac

I was at the pdac and spoke to gbk. basically its a three lawyer tribunal one from each side and a third to decide who wins. and no appeal  process.  from what I was told the chinese basically sign an agreement and then try to manipulate the situation later. hopefully the deciding lawyer is honourable and not prone to selling his decision to the highest bidder
