According to the terms of the agreement, is GBK able to sell their 25% stake to anyone else but Jilin Jien?

Having 2 suitors would make things interesting.

I don't think so, the outcome will be sell to JJ or hold on throughout the mine life. I think all involved, shareholders, GBK, JJ, want the former, but it will have to be at a more reasonable price. Like GBK said, info is very slow to come out on the mine and the stock has been suppressed because of this, and the partial arbitration rulings being perceived as inconclusive. Roadking08 I hear what you are saying but who can blame the chinese for low balling? Gambling is in their blood! They want to feel the rush of winning by lowballing the opponent. If another LARGE mining company sees the value of the 25% they'll play ball. They'll make a $2 offer...who knows they may make a $5 offer. It is WORTH that much.This is a commodity market worth exploiting.Why bad ...more
