part two

Mr Ming: We have not mentioned the other day we had a deal?

Mr Bacon: Yes We Did

Mr Ming: Why did you refuse this generous offer we've made ??this week? (.30 A share)

Mr.BACON: Because you have not consulted the Chinese calendar, December 16 is the AGM day, a day where all shareholders make a gift.

Mr Ming: I thought it was December 25 that people were generous?

Mr Bacon: Not this year, this year is December 16, they must approve the stock option plan of the corporation, it represents 10% of the shares issued.

Mr Ming: And how much can be worth this small gift?

Mr Bacon: it depends: the more the share price on December 16 will be small, the more money we'll do when you make the final offer ...

Mr Ming: I do not understand: with less, more can be done?

Mr Bacon: They either do not understand, they will DoubleCheck the proxy, and will just think of the poison pill.

Ming: You are so smart!

Bacon: That's why they paid me $ 390,000 last year ....

If you suspected criminal activity at a bank, what would you do? https://www.investright.org ...more

Thank you, RS for the notice, but I do not know if I have the desire to engage in all this paperwork, all this research (dates, shares traded on such day, etc.) especially when I know that there is not very long before the settlement. There is nothing more difficult to prove that all these machinations, not to mention it often within the limits of  legalite. How to prove that there was a lid ...more

Couples4, all you have to do is point the way to the BCSC. You don't have to give too much detail, and no paper work. Just phone. I've done this before with the OSC. They are the ones who will look at the trading data and see if anything looks suspicious. You can also point a finger at JJ while you are at it. They may already be watching this fiasco, but never trust government to be doing ...more
