couples4, roadking... here's what you should do. Contact the BCSC with your suspicions and any evidence you have. Voice your concerns and if there is any foul play the BCSC will be watching. Thank you, RS for the notice, but I do not know if I have the desire to engage in all this paperwork, all this research (dates, shares traded on such day, etc.) especially when I know that there is not very long before the settlement. Couples4, all you have to do is point the way to the BCSC. You don't have to give too much detail, and no paper work. Just phone. I've done this before with the OSC. They are the ones who will look at the trading data and see if anything looks suspicious. You can also point a finger at JJ while you are at it. They may already be watching this fiasco, but never trust government to be doing
