What could the future look like?

JJ has a meeting and decides to provide GBK with what they need and asks them what they want. Gbk realizes that their 25% is worth  around 300 million but discounted back a little they would let it go for about 200 million.
JJ was fishing in the 70 milion dollar range.



At 200 million a deal could get done.

is this fair? If we were to be paid today then 200 million is fair. But the closer we get to production, then our share will be worth more and more.


At 200 million we move on.

For your napkin calcs:Based on some personal assumptions and extrapolations from Raglan Mine (Falconbridge/Xtrata), I figure $200mln is only about 1.25X first year net production (fully amortizing proportionate mine development costs, and assuming full production capacity utilization) from a 25% interest at Nunavik.  Note also that Nickel producers (even ones operating in scary countries) are

Sorry to all readers, but this post is only for the reader that gave me a 1 rating for posting insider buying 2 nights ago. Glenericson and colonelpike post today made me take out a napkin and calcs.....0.90 cents a share.  667,000 + 37,500(yesterday)= 704,500 X 0.90= $634,405Could always be better, but I can fly with it.
