Dear GBK shareholders.
The market is interesting. The Chinese have lost the arbitration and are barking up the wrong tree. They clearly want our 25%. But the market is weak and scared. I remember in 2008 when companies were selling below what they had in cash in the bank while these same companies had multi billion dollar operations. Take away the cash, and the assets of these multi billion dollar operations were selling less then zero. funny. Go figure! But thats the market. Always deals and opportunities.
But what we need to realize is that soon the ore from mesemax will be mined. Its very rich rock. There will be revenues and the courts could force JJ to set up an escrow account. This would be great for us.
Also, the Chinese should act now because the markets are in the dumps. Share holders are wimps and weak. The chinese should act on this. If they dont it could turn out to be a costly mistake for them.
Why? Inflation could pick up in a huge way and prices could sky rocket. But the mine will have already been built so now its an inflation play. Then the valuations go crazy.
We are in the drivers seat. Just have to be patient.
