Actually trading at a Nice Premium

For those posting why we are only trading in the low twenties with a consenting from GBK management offer of 0.30. This is my answer, If JJ goes hostile at this trading price of 0.215 we are actually trading at a nice premium of the 0.30 because of the shareholders rights plan (poisson pill). Either need a much bigger offer or a rejected B.C. court of Appeal to take on the case to bring this any higher in my opinion.  

I Seek Safe Harbour (in Barbados) next week
