Insiders hope and a prayer

From the information provided on SEDI, going back to 2006 there is only one insider holding about 10% of the float, the rest have at most a few millon shares and oh yea in Sept were handed a ton of options gee wonder why they think this is a good deal. As far as I can tell, unless Lupien/Kudu is connected to JJ, JJ does not appear to be holding any great number of shares at this time and even if they are connected they may control about 10% plus the managements holdings who have agreed to this farce. All together I am still only seeing maybe 15%.

It seems JJ and GBK admin may be playing some games here since I do not see anyone in this deal buying anything except for Lupien and I have no idea what side of the fence that guy is on. Anyone serious about getting more out of this deal should imo be holding and voting no when the circualr comes out, that is if it even comes out, we'll see by the end of the day. What do you have to lose if you sell now and the deal is solid you lose the difference. If you hold and the deal is solid you get .39 and move on. If the deal is not solid well that will be interesting to say the least.

All you complaining about selling out Canada and Canadians of their resources need to step up, this deal is no where near done unless YOU allow it to happen. And tha is my .39 cents worth.

M

BTW you want to send Admin and JJ a message move your asks up, way up, or put in even a small sell way up there .80, .90, 2.00 whatever you actually would want to get, lets see a bunch of new orders over a $1.00 that'll send the message we won't be taking this bending over.

Try it M139, but IMO you don't have a hope in heII unless you file formal complaints with the securities commission and the TSX. All you need to refer to is the NI-43-101, esbuyout announcement. Medium case scenario, you get .39 for your shares, best case the true value becomes public in the news and buyers come out of the woodwork. If there is a scam going on, worst case will be that this ...more

Sorry, I deleted some of my first sentence in error on my previous post.   The first paragraph should have read, "... but IMO you don't have a hope in heII unless you file formal complaints with the securities commission and the TMX. All you need to refer to is the NI-43-101 and an estimate of what 25% is worth on a yearly production basis, the value of their other properties (hard ...more

Well spoken RS --- I agree 1000% and will be looking into the process of filing complaint with the BCSC... A further concern that has just come to mind is in the posting by spooner re: 3July Amendment --- extract following: "securities Laws (collectively, “Applicable Securities Laws”) to each registered holder of Common Shares and Warrants as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any event ...more

Mr RS, I quite agree with what you state, except for a  point. It concerns the fact that some shareholders have decided to leave and not to expect a 5% extra in  staying one month more ...  Sometimes there is an opportunity and a choice must be made. The basic rule in my case, is to evaluate the risk / reward. And when following a company such as JJ, the risk is always present. Couples, Of course you have done your DD!  I said 1-2 years because roadking said "See you at DON bullboard as I should be there for at least a year or 2", so I assumed that was your target timeline. I guess I shouldn't assume.. as the saying goes, LOL.   We will each have different strategies to make money on stocks, and one is not necessarily better than another. For me ...more
