Anyone inboxing me there email will receive 2 PDF files, one from supreme court and another from court of appeals. Stuff for a Hollywood script. Could'nt beleive while reading this document that this all took place in the fall. And I knew that JJ had no chance to be heard in Appeals court but there reason to be listen too was laughable at best.

Always posted the key to a huge pop in share price was the judges at appeals rejecting the case to be heard. This one was in the bag. In PDF file #2 pay attention to why we were halted November 30, 2011

Interesting read, I guess when you know that the partner is so underhanded and trying to shaft you at every turn you would try to do something about it.  In our case the bosses have chosen to be ethically and morally bought off for 39 cents. JB
