Yup, moving above $0,12 with volume will definitely signal a move upward. Passing $0,13 on a weekly chart, with volume, will be even better . At this point, we are missing the volume part of the equation... The Ireland results should be disclosed sooner than later..my guess is that volume will happen at that time...if results are good. GLTA
