$2 Billion USD Award = $1.81/Share

Most Likely Scenario

$2 Billion USD - 30% Legal & Other Fees = $1.4 Billion USD

$1.4 Billion USD = $1.89 Billion CAD

$1.89 Billion CAD / 1.04 Billion Shares = $1.81 CAD/Share

Optimistic Scenario

$5 Billion USD - 30 % Legal & Other Fees = $3.5 Billion USD

$3.5 Billion USD = 4.73 Billion CAD

$4.73 Billion CAD / 1.04 Billion Shares = $4.55 CAD/Share
