IS ANY INVESTMENT NOW SAFE??

While I have not read the reasons behind the Tribunal's decision, one has to ask whether any investment in any country is now safe if this decision is allowed to stand. One must presume that the leadership of ICSID are aware that their credibility now hangs in the balance, and that their very existence becomes redundant if there is no recourse for a company to be compensated for its investments.

Absolutely agree with you SilverSam. This ICSID decision was absolutely ridiculous and flawed. No way this decision will stand. GBU will appeal as soon as possible and seek an annulment. They will get a fresh panel of fair arbitrators.
