Of interest is both these Gentlemen have recent success coming from Director/Chair positions at Grayd during the buyout Dec 2011. Instead of sitting back on their pile of cash, they wish to spent their "golden years" with Gold Canyon. I just hope we get the sp up before we draw too much attention for a BO.

A move like this was long overdue. They're really trying to take this project world-class. Also, these types of things also presage important news as the timing allows their incentive stock options to be set at a cheap strike price. All IMHO.
