The details about the swap from GCU to FF are in the news release. Most non registered holders dont have to do anything. Necessary step is delisting which happened today.

Sorry, there are some typos. In 1. I meant "...halts are resolved within hours " not "...... .... without hours. " And in the closing line, it should be "delisting" ...more
