Just what it says..if it closed now you would get 1 share of ff for every share you have of gcu. You will also get .03333 shares of the New gold Canyon for every share you own of gcu imo

as my name suggests im a noob. So this means that curent GCU holders also get same amount of shares for FF on top of what hold for GCU? NO right?  or because they will be "one" company, what you own for one company you also own for the other one. e.g if you hold 10k GCU shares, you will own 10K of FF also? so total shar ownership is what? 20K total shares or 10k?

Hey noob..at the closing if you own 10k shares of gcu, you will get 10k shares of ff. which owns quite a few other properties. You will also get .03333 shares of the New Gold Canyon , which is basically a spin off of other gcu properties. imo This deal, much like others FF has made has driven down their sp. To a new 52 week low . gl
