First Mining is a shell company......almost empty of cash...

First Mining is running on fumes....only 3 million dollars net cash, and a few useless claims..their shares are nearly worthless....you have em, i don't want them...

FF is run by one of the most successful teams in mining. As a long term GCU shareholder I am very pleased to have the backing of Keith Neumeyer behind Springpole now. One should prepare for th enext bull market in the worst phase of the bear market. And I think Neumeyer does this now.

Didn't Bob M. recomend GCU. Aybody know what he has to say ABOUT THE DEAL.

Yes, Schill, I agree. How the ownership structure is organized matters little. It's all about Neumeyer and his team and their access to resources to do additional exploration, etc.  Akiko would not have sold, IMHO, unless she felt like she had a win-win situation by turning it over to the most competent team to take it forward and add value to whatever share of equity she decides to ...more

It costs flimflam Neumeyer zilch to buy GCU...just overvalued paper. Be ready for 1 for4 or 1 for 5 FF share consolidation asap. And our Bof D, agreed to a $ 3.5 mill breakfee...more $$ than FF has total

Don't like the deal? I understand. Best thing you can do is buy more. Maybe it doesn't go through & you're happy cause you think it's worth more. Maybe it does go through & you make a premium from this level. Worst case ff trades down to gcu level but it's not looking like that so you may need to make a quick decision.
