FF say they're going to caretake GCU property, not develop..
FF are taking 45% of our property as their price..( I value FF assets as worth 20% or less of book ) to caretake. Our B of D can do the same job, for less than a mill a year & we keep 100% of asset we've paid a high price to find, develop and prove up to the present point, where we are ready for larger co. to jv with..FF is not that partner, no real money, they just want to take our asset and play our game for us......are we totally insane ....and what gall Neumeyer/FF has, trying to equal exchange the shoddy overvalued largely no hope assets in FF for 45% of GCU....50%(?) if other(pc gold) same time deal goes through.
