pretty sure its 33 gcu is equal to 1 newshare

if it was 333.1 the float would only be 540000 shares and that would be a small float

Wtf I thought One GCU = one FF   Can someone explain what will happen after merger please sorry for the cus, but I am freaking out thinking about losing more on this stock

Yes each GCU share will become one FF share. As part of the Arrangement, Gold Canyon will transfer its early stage non-gold exploration properties together with C$500,000 in cash and certain other assets currently owned by Gold Canyon to New Gold Canyon. Akiko Levinson, President and CEO will continue in the same roles at New Gold Canyon along with some members of Gold Canyon's board and ...more
